3. On PlayStation Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.

5. Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box. 
6. Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption. Your 1-month membership subscription will renew automatically and $11.99+applicable tax will be deducted from your wallet every 1 month until you cancel. If your wallet has insufficient funds, your account's default payment method will be charged. Enrolling in service turns on your wallet's automatic funding setting. Price may change.
