Log in to your FINAL FANTASY account. Click on Account Services -> Renew Subscription. Enter the code you received and follow the instructions

This 60 day digital Game Time Code is only valid with North American Square Enix Accounts. Please double check the region of your Square Enix Account before purchasing. 
You will only be able to use this 60 day code if you have purchased Final Fantasy XIV and currently have an existing FFXIV account. You can now exchange your code and start exploring the online world of Final Fantasy. Redeeming your FFXIV Time Card can be done like this: 
Log in to your FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station account 
Click on 'Account Services' in the top left corner of your screen 
After that, click on 'Renew Subscription (Game Card)' 
Enter the code you received per email and follow the instructions on your screen to complete the activation.
